Open Ticket - Firmware update failed midstream
I have a dead yoke, Kyle contacted me in mid July before they moved and I was away from home. Now trying to reinstall, but the yoke is dead.

Anyone heard from the support team?

Anyone have direction (beyond in the manual) on how to troubleshoot the yoke?

Flight Sim is just not the same w/o the yoke.

Thanks,

RE: Open Ticket - Firmware update failed midstream
All, after reaching out via the phone numbers posted on the main Iris homepage, I received a return email and was then able to schedule a time with Kyle to work through re-loading the firmware. So persistence and follow-up was required vs. relying on the email ticket service, but in the end the support and guidance was what I needed to get the yoke back on-line.

As a plus, Kyle and I spoke regarding the "muffin" 60mm fan noise that was audible over my speakerphone and he offered to send a replacement that maybe quieter Wink.
