All I can say is the one time my yoke wouldn't wake up from sleep I removed the power for a while and then it woke up. I guess you've tried that. Sorry I can't be more help, I don't have my yoke any more.

It does sound like your yoke has an electrical fault, and your best course of action is to consult with Iris. They will send you a new power supply.
On a side note;
You could try opening up the Arduino software and type ( wake ) in the serial monitor. This normally, will start your yoke.
