With the new firmware (101) in several cases my yoke seems to get into a state where pitch movements are quantized - e.g. when I come off autopilot and my yoke shows 'offset 75% forwards', when I press the 'reset yoke' button the adjustment is done in a series of tiny jerks rather than smoothly. This has happened on the ground too after rollout. I am using FS-Force, and the elevator droop was also jerky.

I'll take a look at this now and see if I can reproduce the problem. This is a problem that developed immediately after flashing the 101rev1 build?

Yes, I just took a flight after that and it happened a couple of times. I think restarting FS-Force fixed it in each case.

I suspect the culprit is AP Follow. A useful bit of troubleshooting would be to tab out of the sim when you notice this behavior and open Game Controller Settings -> Properties from the Device and Printers tab in Control Panel for your yoke to see what data the yoke is actually transmitting to the PC.

RE: Bug Reports
Over the weekend I decided to upgrade from 1.02 to 1.08rev2, however I'm having really bad AP disconnect issues with this firmware while flying the Flight Factor 767-300ER for X-Plane 10. I'm 100% sure it's the yoke, because if I disconnect the yoke and fly with a regular joystick I have no issues.

I think there's something in this last update that kicks the aircraft out of autopilot at random. I noticed in cruise and while the yoke is in sleep mode there's no issue. As soon as it wakes up, AP disconnects at random times.

I'm using model ID20001 firmware 1.08rev2

EDIT:
Went back to firmware 1.02, and I no longer have AP disconnect issues.

RE: Bug Reports
I noticed the same problem with the AP intermittently disconnecting after upgrading to the new firmware. I was using the yoke on the LevelD 767 using FSX. I think I will revert to the old firmware version as well and see if this fixes my problem as well. MY AP worked fine with before the upgrade. Can I just reset my yoke system or do I need to download the old version, and where can I get the old firmware. I think this needs more investigation by Iris to see what is causing this problem in the new firmware.

Unfortunately I don't think anyone is monitoring this board. I have been waiting a few weeks for a response but nothing.

Resetting the yoke will not revert you back to the previous firmware. You will need to reload the old firmware. If you no longer have access to it, the only other choice is to wait for Iris to fix this last firmware update.

RE: Bug Reports
Is there a way to get the older version from you if you have it?
